One of the things I have loved about having a youngest child, is that we have been able to take naps together. She will say she doesn't want a nap, but if I can get her to snuggle with me she usually falls right to sleep.
Today Morgan said to me, "mom you must be getting bigger because I am squished."Unfortunately there's some truth in that. I sure do love my little Morgie. It is crazy when your babies grow up so fast. I guess that must be what mom and dad feel like having 2 daughters in their forties. Yikes!

I LOVE this post, especially since I have seen this nap strategy used many times at your house. Of course I was on the loveseat sawing logs myself. Welcome to the 40's! MOM

The opposite is also true, of course. There is nothing like having to put a kid down to make a (Dad) take a nap too, and forget about everything else that needs to be done. Morgan is a cute girl. - Jay
