Hi-Ho, Hi-Ho, it's off to work Kent goes....

I just wanted to check in really fast and let you all know that Kent accepted a job with Sovereign Financial Group, (Click on the name- I linked it to their website) and started work this morning. Saying that this is a relief would be an understatement. We are very grateful that it didn't take any longer than it did. It happened pretty fast (In a VERY slow way). He had had 3 interviews with them. Then last Tues. night we had a wife interview. The pressure. Just kidding, it wasn't too bad. I was able to ask any questions that I had, and got to meet the people who run the company. I thankfully was comfortable, and was able to get some of the questions that I had answered. They called back on Wed and extended an offer, he went in on Thurs to get the contract, went in on Friday to start a marketing plan, and then started for real today. We feel very blessed to have this opportunity. Kent is very nervous, but who isn't when they start a new job. I want to give more detail in another post, but I have felt bad because it has happened pretty quickly at the end, and a lot of people don't even know yet. So now you know.

I want to thank ALL OF YOU for your love, help, support and prayers for our family at this time. It has been a challenge, but we have also been so blessed. It is amazing how things work out. Sometimes you just have no idea how they possibly can. But they do, and we are so happy that we can move on with life now. It is nice to know that we will be here for awhile. I am happy that we get to stay in SLC.
